Raffle Disclaimer

 

By purchasing a ticket for this raffle, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

 

Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Proof of age may be required.

 

Ticket Price: Each raffle ticket is priced at $5.

 

Refund Policy: If the minimum reserve is not met by July 1, all ticket purchasers will receive a full refund of their ticket price. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation.

 

Raffle Date: The raffle will take place during the July 4 weekend, pending the successful meeting of the reserve.

 

No Guarantee of Winning: While we strive to conduct a fair and enjoyable raffle, the purchase of a ticket does not guarantee a win.
